FCDS offers a variety of one-week camps that meet Monday through Friday during different blocks of the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the option of Before and After Care.
 
Before Care is offered from 7:30-9:00 a.m. each morning. After Care is available each afternoon from 3:00-5:45 p.m. for kindergarten to ninth-grade students.

Payment & Refund Information:

Registration

All registrations for FCDS Summer Camps are completed through the Active system. A confirmation is sent upon successful registration and payment. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us by email to ensure that you are successfully registered. If a camp has reached its maximum number of registrants participants can request to be added to the waiting list. Those requests do not require a deposit and are not binding. We will contact you in the event that a space becomes available in the camp you have requested, so that you may be added to the camp roster.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the amount due is payable upon registration through the Active system. Deposits may not be transferred to the accounts of other campers, including siblings.

Payment

Payment of registration fees may be made in full by debit or credit card at the time of registration through the Active system or payments can be made in installments. For those electing to pay in installments, a 50% deposit must be paid at registration, and payments of the remaining balance of 50% are automatically charged to your debit or credit card by June.

Multi-Session Discount

The 10% discount for 6+ sessions applies only to the 6th session and any additional sessions. Families registering for 10+ sessions will receive a 10% discount for sessions 6-9 and a 15% discount will be applied to the 10th session and any additional sessions beyond that. Neither discount applies to the entire order.

Updated Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel sessions for a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Thereafter, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations up to 10 days before the session: Eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 10 days of the session: No refunds will be issued.

• Required Notice: * Self-Cancellation: Participants may self-cancel registrations through the Active system up to 10 days before the scheduled session start date.

  • Staff-Assisted Cancellation: Any cancellation requested within 10 days of the session must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or letter.

  • Responsibility: If no written or self-cancellation is recorded, parents remain responsible for the total fee regardless of the child's attendance.

• Transfers: Payments (including deposits) may be transferred to a different camp for the same child, provided space is available and the request is made at least two weeks in advance.

• School Cancellations: If a camp is canceled by Summer Camp staff, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.
