Our Students are Excited to Learn in a Warm, Safe, and Engaging Environment
Imagine an oasis of 85 acres surrounded by a trail that winds through woods, a pond, and a community garden. Imagine well-appointed brick buildings with modern classrooms and teachers who truly know your child and care about them not just as a student, but as a human being. Imagine a first-rate curriculum, small class sizes, and instruction tailored to each student’s learning style.

We did.

ABOUT FCDS
At Forsyth Country Day School, we imagined such a place and brought it to life. We created a community of learners dedicated to preparing our students for what’s ahead, but fully present in our daily lives. We created a community where children learn in every space - in the classrooms, meeting spaces, and libraries, but also outside, on the playgrounds, fields, trails, and in the gardens.

At FCDS, students play outside, learn outside, and gather outside. In the younger grades, children enjoy the playgrounds and outdoor learning spaces. In middle school, students spend Activity outside and can choose their own adventure - from volleyball, basketball, four square, or gaga, to drawing with sidewalk chalk, reading a book, or just relaxing with friends.
Our older students have even more freedom. During break, lunch, and study halls, they can choose to gather at one of our many outdoor areas. Inside, they can gather with friends in the Cook Commons or the Niblock Center, or study in a library nook. The options are endless, and students are free to choose.

We invite your family to visit our vibrant campus to experience FCDS.
