Forsyth Country Day School is excited to feature seven concept classrooms in each division and the Johnson Academic Center in partnership with Smith Systems, Steelcase, and Storr Office Environments during the 2024-2025 school year.
After several years of research, we know that learning environments play an important role in the educational experience. After receiving extensive feedback from teachers, students, and parents, we have determined which elements - innovative fixtures, flooring, furniture, technology, lighting, and finishes - will optimize our students’ learning experience here at FCDS.
Because these new innovative learning spaces are designed to align with our vision of “Know Yourself. Connect with Others. Build Community,” they will support our students’ social, emotional, and cognitive needs as they learn, grow, and connect.
