FCDS Upper School Club Raises More Than $300 for Family Services

The Forsyth Feminist Society raised $329 for Family Services while promoting equality in the workplace and advocating for female survivors of sexual assault through Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. Students paid to vote on which male teachers would wear high heels for the day. Mr. McBride, Mr. Westwood, and Mr. McCann were the lucky winners and Upper School Director Mr. Manna volunteered. (For the record, Mr. McBride stepped out in some cut-out platforms, Mr. Westwood donned white pumps (after Labor Day!), and Mr. McCann wore walkable black block heels, while Mr. Manna donned au courant high-heeled boots.)

Well done Upper School students and teachers!
