Two FCDS Students Accepted to N.C. Governor's School
Congratulations to Katherine Angell who was accepted to North Carolina Governor’s School for English and David Craig was accepted for North Carolina Governor’s School for natural sciences.
“Katherine and David are both devoted learners who will benefit immensely from the intellectual atmosphere at Governor’s School,” said English Department Chair Tamara Harrington and Governor’s School advisor. “They will bring much energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to the experience, which will benefit everyone involved.”
Katherine and David will attend Governor’s School East for six weeks this summer at Meredith College. We are very proud of them!
