Sunna Maass led the Furies to another conference victory today in our match against Westchester Country Day School. Maass had a good workout at #1 singles against an up and coming young player. The two girls exchanged lots of powerful forehands as they moved each other from side to side on the court. Sunna was the more consistent of the two players and used a few drop shots and slices to keep her opponent off balanced. The rest of our team had easier matches and cruised to a 9-0 team victory.
