National Spanish Examinations are online, standardized assessment tools, given voluntarily by about 4000 middle and high school teachers throughout the United States to measure performance (interpretive communication) and achievement of students who are studying Spanish as a second language.

Students from Forsyth Country Day School earned a total of one gold, four silver, and seven bronze medals along with 19 honorable mentions. “Attaining a medal or honorable mention for any student on the National Spanish Examinations is very prestigious,” said Kevin Cessna-Buscemi, National Director of the Exams.

FCDS Spanish teachers Ms. Ottenjohn and Profe Wrenn are very proud of the students for this special recognition. Felicidades to all!
