More Electives
	FCDS would benefit from adding electives. Currently the 8^th grade has no electives during school hours. Electives would be fun, and beneficial. For example, in the 8^th grade there is only one art class per week. Students who like art may enjoy participating in another art class for an elective. On the other hand, students who do not particularly enjoy art could participate in some other class which they do like. I suggest that a list of possible electives be composed by middle school students (to ensure students are interested in them) and voted on to choose the most popular electives. Then the final choices would be made into real classes. Adding electives would be a good step in bringing FCDS from good to great.
