Scuba Club
	A scuba club would be nice to organize here, so people who have very little experience can get more. It would also be great to have an instructor come in to certify new divers.
In shape				The environment
It is required that divers do a tune up dive after every 6 months of no-diving to keep fresh and experienced. It could organize tune-up dives every 6 months to keep divers in shape.		*Unfortunately, this may require a pool for convenience.*		It would advocate conservation (like the leaf club)
