FCDS Green Campus Initiative
The Green Campus Initiative was launched during 2006 - 2007. The primary goal of the program is to invest in new technologies and systems that will decrease FCDS’s carbon footprint, make a measurable impact in terms of real financial savings and contribute to a cleaner environment.

Students are investigating new technologies and systems that will decrease Forsyth Country Day School’s carbon footprint, make a measurable impact in terms of financial savings to the school, and contribute to a cleaner environment. Through operational and behavioral changes the school is meeting its goals for operating efficiency and environmental stewardship. We look forward to increasing the involvement of the entire school community in our efforts.
