We have approximately 20 network printers located throughout the school. Most faculty and staff have access to more than one black and white printer and at least one color printer. All color laser printers are located in the Library Discovery Center.

Your Default Printer
Your default printer is the printer that you will automatically print a document to when you choose File, Print. To
determine your default printer you will follow the steps below:
- Click the Start button
- Select Settings
- Select Control Panel
- Double click on Printers and Faxes
The printer with a check mark is your default printer. Look at the name of the printer to determine where it is located. If you are not sure, call your technology specialist (see below for name) or your school's administrative assistant (see below for name) for more information.
To
set or change your default printer you will follow the steps below:
- Click the Start button
- Select Settings
- Double click on Printers and Faxes
- Right click on the printer you want as the default and select "Set as Default"
