Our Early Advantage Program (EAP) is available for children ages 2-4. The admission process for the EAP includes a parent conference with the Director of Admission & Financial Aid and the completion of a brief application form.
Early Advantage Program through second grade students are selected through a process that includes teacher observations and a developmental evaluation for each child. Following the developmental evaluation, parents are encouraged to return to Forsyth Country Day School for a conference with the Director of Admission & Financial Aid to discuss the overall evaluation process.
Students applying for grades three through 12 are selected through a process that includes individual classroom visits, teacher recommendations, previous academic performance, and admission testing. Depending upon the age level of the child, admission interviews are also a part of the admission process.
August 31 is the cut-off date for admission, but prospective students in the Early Advantage Program through second grade will receive developmental testing to determine optimum placement.
