Courtney R. Mauzy, III – President, Salem Millwork, LLC

Courtney Mauzy founded Salem Millwork, LLC in August of 2002 to provide exceptional products and service to custom builders in the Triad. Mauzy’s background in the building material industry includes a six year stint at MW Manufacturers where he was Product Manager, National Accounts Manager, International Sales Manager, and Director of Marketing. Mauzy then joined Carolina Holdings, Inc., where he managed manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations in Pennsylvania. In 2000, Mauzy left the corporate world to help establish M4L, Inc., one of the industry’s first internet based building material supply firms. Mauzy still operates as President of M4L, which has grown to include operations in PA, VA, and NC.

Mauzy is a member of the Board of Directors for Answering the Call, an international Christian missions organization focused on bringing the good news of salvation in Christ alone to unreached nations, tribes and peoples, equipping and encouraging indigenous Christian leaders in and around the 10/40 window in their pastoral and church planting ministries, and giving care and relief around the world to the poor, the needy, and orphans.

Mauzy is a native of Raleigh. He graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BA in English. Mauzy also received an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University and completed the Executive Training Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Having played lacrosse and football at W&L, Mauzy has developed a passion for coaching lacrosse. He is currently a lacrosse coach at FCDS.

He is married with two daughters and a son.
