The following comments are offered by the Visiting Team as an addition to those made per section as required in the SIP. They are offered to address areas not directly included in the School Improvement Model.

Creating an environment characterized by parents and students as nurturing, challenging, and fun.

Recommendations
Continue to seek ways to help both students and parents prioritize commitments and manage increasingly complicated schedules.
In light of admissions trend lines for both the regular program at FCDS and the JAC, assess staffing levels with regard to program demands.
