The Action Plan is where analysis is turned into concrete steps for school improvement. FCDS through its processes identified three overall educational goals: Critical Thinking, Learning Styles, and Character and Leadership. A variety of implementation and action steps have been identified along with determinations of resource and responsibility for implementation.
