A native of Pennsylvania, Kevin received a bachelor's degree in athletic training from East Stroudsburg University. He received his master's degree in sports medicine from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While at UNC-G, he co-authored a published refereed journal article comparing the EMG activity of muscles under different exercise stresses, which helps justify exercise time frames in the rehabilitation process. Kevin began working at FCDS in June 2000. While at FCDS, he has participated in additional research into adolescent concussion in conjunction with the Wake Forest Sports Medicine and Neurology departments. Kevin is married to Sarah, the Fury Ltd. bookstore manager.
