Conditioning for the CanyonOn Spring Break, Headmaster Vincent M. Stumpo, Ph.D. will again hike from the rim of the Grand Canyon down to the Colorado River (8 miles), along the river (2 miles), and back up to the rim (9 miles). It's an extremely difficult hike, so he's starting his training now and has invited the entire Upper School to join him. Now, he would like to extend the invitation to the entire school community. Want to train for your own event or simply stave off the winter blues with fellow Furies? Plan to meet at the track at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from now through Spring Break. Go Furies!
